The property is located in the northwestern part of Hungary in the municipality of Kimle.
The region of Györ-Moson-Sopron in the border triangle between Hungary, Austria and Slovakia is the second strongest economical cluster in Hungary after the region of Budapest. Border crossings to Austria and Slovakia are located only 25 km from Kimle. The city of Györ with its 130’000 inhabitants is 30 km away and counts as one of the fastest growing cities in Hungary given its automotive cluster.
The favorable geographical location is further supported by connections to several European transport corridors, i.e. Kimle is located only 12 km away from the highway M1 (Budapest to Vienna), is directly connected via the neighboring village of Károlyháza to the rail freight line Vienna - Györ -Budapest and last but not least, also accessible via the international airport of Györ
Kimle itself is a small village of 2'200 inhabitants.
The property is located in the industrial and commercial area of Magyarkimle in the direction of Novákpuszta / Hédervár in direct proximity to the country road 1. The business park which grow to an area of about 4 ha nowadays was initiated and developed within the framework of nationally funded infrastructure projects since 2011.
Kimle municipality has a good basic infrastructure in terms of natural gas, public drinking water and sewage system, as well as telephone and internet connections.
In addition to our production facility, there are several other smaller production facilities and warehouses in the business park.

Szydlowiec itself has 18,951 inhabitants.
The community has direct train connections. The city is easily accessible by train, the train station is about 6 km from the city center. The nearest airports are in Radom and Warsaw.

The property comprises two plots with a total area of 59,954 m2. Plot 1 (822/9) covers a total area of 49,143 m2; the additional plot (953/1) a further 10,811 m2.
The plot (822/9) is fully developed in terms of infrastructure (electricity, natural gas, water, internet etc.).
Significant expansion potential exists. The existing development corresponds to 20.96% (of a maximum of 50%) of the total area, the site itself is currently 13.49% (of a maximum of 25%), meaning that it can be expanded to the double of its current size.
